With Qlima you choose the certainty of a favorable price/quality ratio, reliable service and a minimum 2-year warranty. Heaters and the compressor of split unit air conditioners even have a warranty of up to 4 years from the date of purchase. Within this period, all material and manufacturing defects will be remedied free of charge in accordance with the warranty conditions as stated in the user manual.
The parts for your product can be ordered from our sales points.
You will find the serial number and type number on the side or back of your product. This is a silver colored sticker.

All Qlima fuels have a shelf life of one year. Make sure that the cap is always properly screwed on the bottle so that the fuel does not evaporate. Store the fuel in a cool place.
