Pellet stoves

A pellet heater is the best of two worlds: the cosyness of a fireplace and the easy of use of a central heating system. Just fill the large pellet hopper with wood pellets, select the desired temperature, and the pellet heater does the rest.

Pellet Stove as Central Heating

Experience a new way of heating with a pellet stove as central heating in your home. Simply set your desired temperature with the remote control and let the pellet stove do the rest. With an efficiency of over 90%, almost all energy is effectively converted into heat. The daily timer allows you to program the stove so that you wake up in a warm house and return home to a pleasant temperature. Thanks to the intelligent energy-saving mode, your home remains comfortable when you are there, without wasting energy during the day.

Various Pellet Stove Models

Every home is unique and deserves a pellet stove that fits perfectly into the space. At Qlima, you will find freestanding pellet stoves that can be placed anywhere, as well as corner models designed to maximize space efficiency. All models feature a rear flue gas outlet and safety systems such as overheating protection. No matter which model you choose, you can be sure your pellet stove is safe to use.

Freestanding Pellet Stove

Qlima’s freestanding pellet stoves combine style and practicality. Will you choose a classic black model, such as the Viola 85-2 S-line Black? Or do you prefer a modern grey design, like the Fiorina 90-2 S-Line Grey/Black? There is always a pellet stove that suits your taste.

Make optimal use of your living space with a corner pellet stove, such as the Isotta 94 S-Line Black. This stove is one of the few modern pellet stoves on the market that can be placed in a corner. A corner model is a real eye-catcher that provides pleasant warmth throughout the room.

Airtight Pellet Stove

For modern, well-insulated homes, airtight pellet stoves offer the perfect solution. These stoves draw combustion air directly from outside instead of using indoor air. This prevents heat loss and improves energy efficiency, making them ideal for low-energy homes and passive houses. An airtight pellet stove ensures a constant, comfortable indoor climate without disrupting ventilation or air circulation inside the home.

What Are Pellets?

Pellets are small, compressed wood granules used as fuel for pellet stoves. They are made from compressed sawdust and wood chips. Because they are produced from leftover wood materials, they are considered a CO2-neutral fuel. No new raw materials are harvested for their production. Due to their uniform shape and low moisture content, pellets burn very efficiently, achieving an efficiency of over 90%. The majority of the energy is converted into heat, making a pellet stove a reliable heat source with minimal smoke production.

Where can you buy pellets? It doesn’t matter—you can purchase them both in physical stores and online. Just make sure the pellets have a diameter of 6 mm and a length of 18 mm. Additionally, check for the European ENplus certification or DIN certification to ensure you are getting high-quality pellets.

Better for the Environment

Like you, we care about protecting the planet. One of the key benefits of pellets is that they are almost entirely converted into heat, making efficient use of energy. Additionally, our pellet stoves operate fully automatically in SAVE mode. This means they regulate turning on and off optimally to maintain the set temperature. As a result, you enjoy constant warmth while consuming energy efficiently—good for the environment and your wallet.

Pellet Stove Installation

You can install your pellet stove yourself—you don’t need to be a technical expert! Once installed, the stove is almost ready for use. One of our Qlima Service Partners will visit your home to check whether the pellet stove has been installed correctly.

Pellet Stove Maintenance

A clean pellet stove is an efficient and safe pellet stove. That’s why regular maintenance is essential. After each use, clean your pellet stove: wait for it to cool down, then empty the ashtray, clean the stove window, and remove ash from the burner pot with an ash vacuum, which removes even the smallest ash particles. Clean the heat exchanger daily and the pellet feed tube once a week. Additionally, clean the fire chamber every two weeks. Finally, have a certified Qlima pellet stove technician perform an annual maintenance check (or after a set number of operating hours) to ensure the stove continues to function optimally.
